Salesperson (Full-time/ Part-time)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Consult customers, assist them during the shopping process.
- Master product knowledge, materials, styles, and WOD's outfit coordination.
- Receive and process orders, ensuring the purchasing process is carried out accurately and quickly.
- Achieve sales targets and complete KPIs as assigned by the company.
- Manage in-store inventory, report damaged or missing goods.
- Maintain the store, ensuring product display is neat and adheres to the correct layout.
- Support logistics tasks: inbound/outbound goods, inventory count, tagging, merchandise transfer.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to enhance store performance and service.
- Be ready to support other areas when needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in fashion/retail sales.
- Passion for fashion, eager to work and develop long-term with the company.
- Good communication skills, positive attitude, friendly and professional with customers.
- Ability to consult products, handle situations, and close sales effectively.
- Honest, responsible, and proactive in work.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as assigned.
- Basic English communication skills.

WORKING HOURS
- Full-time - Hours: 8 hours/day
- Morning shift: 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- Afternoon shift: 1:00 PM - 8:30 PM
- Part-time: flexible shifts at the store: 9:30 AM - 8:30 PM
