WOD supports size exchanges within 5 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the following conditions:

Intact tags and labels; no stains, tears, or damage.
Unused and unwashed.

Please Note:

If the defect is due to manufacturing, WOD will handle the exchange and cover all shipping costs.
If you ordered the wrong size or color, we are happy to assist with an exchange, but you will be responsible for the shipping fees.

(This applies to knitted, woolen, linen, and woven items.) The product will last longer and look better if you wash it gently by hand with a mild detergent and avoid harsh chemicals.
Machine wash in cold water with similar colors, and turn the garment inside out before washing.
Please do not use strong detergents on any product, and do not soak for extended periods.
Do not dry in direct sunlight. Folding or clipping the garments flat on a clothesline when drying will help maintain their shape better.
Do not tumble dry knitted, woolen, linen, or woven items.
Iron at a low temperature.
Avoid contact or friction with sharp objects or rough surfaces to prevent scratching and pilling.
