Return Policy

1. Return & Exchange Policy

  • At physical store: have 3 days from the date of purchase
  • For online orders (domestic):  customers have 5 days to request an exchange in accordance with our policy, and 14 days for international orders.
  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds, except in cases where the product has a manufacturing defect.
  • For exchange, items must be in their original condition, has not been used and include all labels
  • Have to make the exchange in the same marker/region where made the purchase

2. Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item delivered is not the same as the order placed, or it does not match the description/display shown on the website at the time of purchase.
  • The product is torn, damaged, has material defects, or has stitching/seam issues that are the manufacturer’s responsibility.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, not stained/dirty, and not damaged by the customer, with all original tags and labels still attached.

3. Regulations For Notification and Exchange of Products

3.1. Exchange/Return Notified Period

  • Customers must notify WOD of any exchange request immediately after receiving the product so that we can provide timely support.
  • The item must be returned within 5 days from the delivery date for domestic orders, and within 14 days for international orders.

3.2. Exchange Regulations

  • Products may only be exchanged for a different size or color within the same product code, and each order/item is eligible for one (01) exchange only.
  • If the exchanged item is of equal or lower value than the original item, we will not refund the price difference.
  • If the exchanged item is of higher value, the customer is required to pay the price difference.
  • Regarding shipping fees for exchanges, if the exchange is requested for personal reasons (e.g., incorrect size, preferred color change), the customer is responsible for all exchange shipping costs.
  • WOD does not accept returns for personal reasons. In exceptional cases where a refund is approved at the shop’s discretion, the refund amount will be calculated as (___)% of the product value after deducting any incurred expenses.
  • Products purchased under promotions or discounts (sale items) are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items delivered.
