Intact with all tags and labels, and not dirty, torn, or damaged.
Unused and unwashed.

In the event of a manufacturing defect, WOD will send a replacement and cover all shipping costs.

If you ordered the wrong size, color, etc., WOD will still assist with the exchange, but please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
